Terms and Conditions

• During your fitness and nutrition program every effort will be made to assure your safety by your personal/online trainer and coach, Amy Cross. That being said this is an online program and every movement can not be monitored, as with any fitness program, there are risks, including but not limited to- increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. Along with the nutrition suggestions of your plan/program, you agree and understand that Amy Cross, is not a registered dietician she is a certified nutrition coach who helps with diet and motivates clients to meet their personal goals. In volunteering for this program, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage of any sort. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude a fitness program.
  
  By participating in a Gains and nutrition program, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being AND you acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is assumed by the leader of the program.

  2. Any major training program changes can be subject to a $50 charge.  Example switching from gym to home workouts
